Mission Statement Pack 717 operates a Cub Scouting program that provides activities for first through fifth grade boys and their families in the Wagon Wheel and Coto de Caza communities to achieve Cub Scouting’s aims of citizenship training, character development and personal fitness in a fun and exciting environment.
