Saddleback Day Camp Coordinator |

Saddleback Day Camp, which takes place annually at O'Neill Park in late June, is one of the highlights of the scouting year. Pack 717 attends the afternoon/evening program and caters dinner for pack attendees every night. Volunteers distribute applications for camp and dinners, collect money and organize and turn in paperwork to council. Volunteers are also needed to order and pick up meals and bring them to camp. |

Scout-O-Rama Booth Coordinator |

This "Trade Show of Scouting" has everything including climbing walls, monkey bridges, obstacle curses, crafts, food, helicopters and fire trucks. Volunteers help plan the pack booth and help create a schedule for manning the booth. |

Scout-O-Rama Ticket Sales Coordinator |

Pick up and keep track of tickets for the pack, distribute ticket books to the pack via the den leaders, complete master sales form for the pack and turn into distirct. |

Blue and Gold Coordinator |

Help plan and put on Cub Scouting's birthday party. This includes reserving the location, planning the food, decorations and ceremonies, coordinating with Order of the Arrow for their ceremony and communicating important dates to the pack. |

Plan the Pack’s graduation activities, including food coordination, activities, and set up. |

Help in planning the various field trips and activities sponsored by the pack. These include camping trips, fishing trips and other outings. |

Help plan the derby race, coordinate food sales and run the event. Photographers also needed. |
